Chris Hughes stepped in at short notice and gave a talk about the various changes going on to move everyone to digital phone lines and a truly Full Fibre network. He covered areas about the phone line changes and the issues relating to Telecare services. He also then covered in some detail the different broadband services and the move to a Full Fibre based network, and how the Wi-Fi was used.
