February 2009 Meeting

These photographs of Professor Steve Furber’s visit in February 2009 were taken by WROCC member Colin Sutton. Professor Furber was one of the Acorn team behind the original BBC Micro and the development of the ARM processor, and is now involved in research at Manchester University.

The meeting was recorded, and copies in MP3 format can be collected along with the presentation slides from club meetings – check in advance before making a special trip, and bring at least 100MB of storage to take the files away (a USB memory stick is ideal).
